He is on a mission to help people achieve confidence, become aware of purpose, and activate their passion through inspiration and motivation to live an inspired life! He is the CEO of Inspired 2 Inspire (i2i) and CEO Chef of FlavasOverFlames. He is Married to his best friend and Lover, Shalonda Pinder, who serves and works alongside him in his career and their businesses. He also has 2 Amazing Sons and 3 Wonderful daughters. He is looking forward to creating an Electrifying mark in this World with this Impactful Movement!

is a woman of strong faith whose passion for helping others lead to a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry for nearly 20 years. Leadership, empowerment and motivation are natural skills that has been a part of her journey that’s affected the lives of those she’s crossed paths with. Her mission in life is to inspire, influence and make an impact in the lives of those around her and to encourage them to live an inspired life. She serves as the Co-Founder of Inspired 2 Inspire (i2i) and FlavasOverFlames. Shalonda has been married to her homie, lover and best friend, Tyrone Pinder since October 8, 2021. She is the proud mother of 3 beautiful daughters and 2 handsome sons. She looks forward to defining a movement of injecting inspiration to as many lives across the world!
